Workshop on Self Esteem & Resilience

CIRP in collaboration with Maldivian Education & Cultural Center (MECC) is organzing a workshop on Self Esteem and Rescilience for the Maldivian students at MECC premsies. Workshop will include an interactive session with the participants aimed at enhancing their understansding of the importance of self esteem, factors that result in low self esttem, how to establish a health self esteem and empowering ones self with psychological recilience.
